I started House of Palmer because I couldn't shake the feeling that we were saving our best things for occasions that never quite came. The wedding china stayed in the cabinet. The linen napkins stayed folded. And meanwhile, the real moments — Tuesday dinners, Friday pizza nights — happened on paper plates.
